Where will you be working?

Siemens Process Industries & Drives Division is pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity to work within our Quotation Centre, concentrating on developing innovate technical and commercial solutions for our Middle Eastern clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Water Industries.

You will work within the Quotation Centre to manage the production of technical and commercial offers for tenders with new and existing customers for the Process Industries & Drives Business in the Middle East.

Specific Responsibilities

Manage a virtual team of technical specialists to produce multi-disciplinary offers in accordance with project timelines and technical requirements
Evaluate and recommend the most technically and commercially viable solutions and business models for each project
Manage technical resources to ensure offers are prepared in accordance with budgets and approved processes
Support the sales team during the technical evaluation and negotiations phases of project closure
Assist in the development of digital tools that increase the efficiency of offer production

Sh Ared Tasks And Responsibilities
Support the development of technical staff through competency analysis and training program design
Support the sales team to define winning strategies
Assist in the identification and qualification of key suppliers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive Bid Management experience with a demonstrated history of success . You will have a minimum 10 years’ experience in a technical/project management role, managing offers in the fields of Electrical, Instrument, Control and Telecommunications. Experience with Bid Management of projects requiring Mechanical and Civil scope will be highly regarded.
