About Finance Business Partners (Programmes or Fundraising & Comms) £48,444 per annum plus benefits Central London with some overseas travel

The Roles
As Brooke ends its first year of transition to the new strategy, the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team has been busy over the past 12 months laying down the foundations to support the organisation in its endeavour. These foundations include rolling out SUN systems to branches and affiliates, defining a new common chart of accounts, establishing a multi-year planning and budgeting process and the improvement of organisational processes that aid recording and reporting of financial information.
With the building blocks in place, the role responsibilities within the FBP team have been changed to reflect an agile function that is both empowered and accountable and ultimately leads to more effective collaboration with key stakeholders to aid decision making against the background of sound governance. This next phase of evolution of the FBP team will provide role holders with the exciting opportunity to establish themselves within finance and the organisation as a whole.

Programmes
The Finance Business Partner role within Programmes will see you work closely with the Director of International Programmes to achieve programme objectives through effective planning and management of financial resources within Brooke’s international branches, affiliates and partners.

Fundraising & Communications
The Finance Business Partner role within Fundraising & Communications will see you collaborate with the Fundraising & Communications Director, Heads of Departments and teams to achieve organisational objectives by utilising your commercial knowledge to aid the decision-making process, whilst assessing any associated risks and benefits.

Criteria
Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent with proven management accounting experience and knowledge, you will be able to demonstrate business partnering experience and the ability to analyse financial data with excellent attention to detail. The Roles
