As an HR Business Partner, you are accountable for the people agenda within specific business units and you are the driving force behind the creation and implementation of the people strategy and plans. You challenge the established organizational structure of the business unit in order to drive superior performance. You ensure that Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting. Finally, you ensure that line managers as well as employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions; you work as part of cross functional HR teams with a view to develop HR practice and process developments that contribute to enhancing the HR contribution to the business.

Moreover, you have:
A Master Degree;
Business Acumen (understanding of the Business, performance drivers and long term direction);
Know-how of organizational design and development, behaviours and psychology;
Understanding of financial & non-financial business results and the HR / People impact.
Sound knowledge of employment law & labour regulations, compensation, Performance and Talent Management, and to utilize to the advantage of the Business;
Good working knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
