The Supply Chain Ariba Administrator will support the system administration and technical support of the Company’s Ariba platform portfolio. The Administrator will work closely with the Category Management, Risk Management, IT, HSE, and A&F teams to provide guidance and technical support for projects and various other functions that are executed within Ariba. The Administrator will work collaboratively with other departments for Ariba design and system changes as needed to execute system integration and implementation initiatives to improve and enhance functionality. Job Duties: Support the Ariba system implementation and process improvements to optimize efficiency Lead the supplier enablement strategy and process Provide expertise regarding functional design and technical specifications and work with Ariba programming teams to design and implement identified system enhancements and configurations Support Supply Chain staff in developing complex strategic sourcing projects Cross-organizational work with IT, AP/Finance, Procurement customers, Compliance, Investigations and Sr.
Management for roll out and training of system enhancements and continuous development of methods and tools Develop solutions to Supply Chain problems through application of Ariba methods and tools; validates solutions and will serve as the functional expert of the Ariba tools Manage the Ariba licensing agreements and assign Ariba roles to new users Troubleshoot system and process gaps; map out and recommend solutions Communicate company-wide when there are system outages or updates Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field required; will consider experience in lieu of degree with a minimum of 10 years direct ERP and/or Ariba implementation experience 7 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management with demonstrated progressive responsibility required Demonstrated experience in the following Ariba modules: Collaborative Sourcing, Supplier Information Management, Supplier Performance Management, Sourcing Professional, Contract Management Professional. Experience with these additional Ariba modules are a plus: Savings and Pipeline Tracker, Buyer and Analysis Experience managing stakeholder relationships and suppliers within Ariba required Must have the ability to define systems strategy (designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical solutions under multiple deadlines) Demonstrated leadership skills required (i.e., the ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, and engage correct stakeholders) Must be a team player, customer-service oriented, have the ability to work in a cross discipline environment, and maintain good relationships Must have a proven ability to be a self-starter and be able to take initiative to drive the department goals Pioneer Natural Resources is an EEO/AA-M/F/disability/veteran Employer.
